Career Opportunity in Actuarial Services

  • Provide life insurance actuarial advisory services to clients including insurers, banks, regulators, and third party administrators.
  • Support seasonal audit projects as necessary.
  • Lead teams of actuarial professionals providing professional advice on life insurance projects.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and actuarial reports.
  • Travel within the region may be required.

About This Role

At least 5 years of experience in life insurance with an insurance firm, consulting firm or financial services organization is preferred.

Experience in core areas of life insurance such as Reserving, Pricing, ERM, Capital Modelling, Reinsurance, Regulatory Reporting is desired.

Hold internationally recognized actuarial qualification or be in the process of attaining one. Experienced professionals who have stopped taking exams will be considered.

Excellent MS Office knowledge is essential. Familiarity with actuarial modelling software is desirable but not mandatory.

Diligent self-starter with ability to work independently and ambiguously.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.

A team player and leader who enjoys training analysts.

Ability to think strategically.
