Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join one of our renowned banking clients , supporting key product development and commercialization initiatives . This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams on digital banking products , driving enhancements from concept to launch and ensuring successful market adoption.Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new products and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business and customer objectives. Collaborate with Customer Experience and Business Units to conduct focus groups, map customer journeys, and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle - including issue tracking, change requests, UAT participation, and post-launch reviews - ensuring full traceability and continuous improvement. Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) and commercialization strategies for new digital product launches, driving strong market positioning and adoption. Promote new product features through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and targeted training sessions. Capture and analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to refine product design, enhance user experience, and address operational or business challenges proactively. Requirements Bachelor's degree with 3-8 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or related fields. Proven track record in product development and commercialization , preferably within digital or corporate banking . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint for data-driven analysis and reporting. Experience using JIRA , including writing and refining user stories. Hands-on experience in UAT , digital banking platforms , and go-to-market execution . Knowledge of Cash Management and Trade Finance products (e.g., Bankers Guarantee, SBLC, Documentary Trade) is an advantage.
