E-commerce Frontend Specialist, Asia Pacific Join Groupe Clarins as a E-commerce Frontend Specialist in the Asia Pacific region. The E-commerce Frontend Specialist plays a critical role in supporting APAC markets on the Clarins online platform, contributing technical expertise to both regional and local ecommerce initiatives. This position maintains the stability and performance of our ecommerce ecosystem and drives online sales growth across the region. Key Responsibilities Design regional and local campaign pages and features based on business requirements, ensuring brand style guidelines are followed. Support market teams in implementing digital campaigns and regional initiatives. Partner with Ecommerce, CRM, and marketing teams to implement engaging, on‐brand user experiences. Provide first‐line technical support to APAC markets for SFCC‐powered eCommerce websites. Monitor and maintain a portfolio of regional websites, ensuring smooth operation and performance. Triage issues, collaborate with global, regional, and market teams, and manage resolution from identification to resolution. Assist in testing new features, releases, and third‐party integrations to ensure high‐quality deployments. Maintain and improve internal tools, system documentation, and technical roadmaps.
