ChangiTHE COMPANY: Iris Galerie offers the unique experience of revealing the beauty of our eyes through a unique macro photography process.As a couple, family or solo, our customers can discover their eyes as they have never seen them before and immortalize them through a wide range of formats and finishes.Iris Galerie offers its clients an experience full of surprises for everyone.Iris Galerie has more than 220 galleries in 22 countries opened in less then 4 years.If you want to take part in a real adventure, come join us and take up the challenge of supporting our teams in the development.Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall store sales targets.Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, photo software and order platform.Monitor your own KPI to meet your targets (sales, APT, productivity, SPH, APU, UPT…)Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers.Provide a full Iris Galerie Experience, product demonstrations and explain history, features and benefits of the concept.Assist customers in Iris Experience and in finding products that meet their needs and answer any questions they may have.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of all store products.Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product offerings.Attend 100% training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge.Assist with merchandising tasks, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Monitor and manage on a monthly basis inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies to the management team.Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.Attend team meetings, performance review and contribute with ideas to improve sales and customer service.Support onboarding for new joiner and attend continuous training.Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.Gallery Status: Ensure and handle the cleanliness of the gallery on daily basis / Manage gallery opening and closing as per processes. / Manage and implement team plannings with internal tools.Administrative Tasks: Ensure the accurate recording of customer orders, end-of-day reporting, cash handling, and secure cash deposits.Ensure compliance with communication from management (general information, quality control, promotions and offers to be applied, handling customer requests, etc.).Ensure monthly Inventory processes and accuracy.Involvement in the success of your gallery.Ability to listen and be open to improvement.Strong communication skills (with field teams, support teams and management).Strong rigor and organization.Job Types: Full-time - 3-4 Days per week - Weekend availability.Supplemental pay types: Bonus scheme - Performance bonus target based.Experience: Retail or customer facing role: 1 - 2 years. #J-18808-Ljbffr
