We are looking for a professional Beverage Service Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing smooth and efficient service at the bar/restaurant, ensuring that high standards are met at all times. This includes presenting menu/drinks lists, answering inquiries, and making suggestions regarding food, beverage, and service to guests.

The Beverage Service Expert will also take orders and serve food and beverages to guests according to established sequences and procedures. They will be fully conversant with all aspects of the POS system and ensure that all food and beverage items, equipment, and other facilities in the outlet are maintained according to operation manual requirements.

The role involves constantly striving to satisfy all guests who patronize the outlet, taking guest orders and serving items without unnecessary delay, and being familiar and having good knowledge of the outlet's menu and wine list.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a bar/related field is required, specializing in food/beverage services.
  • Excellent bartending skills and well-developed knowledge of wines and other beverages.
  • Guest-driven and friendly attitude, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
