Job Title: Beverage Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced beverage service professional to join our team. As a key member of the bar staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Assist the Bar Manager in daily operations and assigned responsibilities.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, or non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food & beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails as per recipes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
  • Arrange food to be served at the bar counter when necessary.
  • Able to keep the bar organized, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
  • Ensure operational standards are met regarding sanitation codes and laws, beverage storage, and loss prevention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge in preparation and serving of cocktails, spirits, or non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (if required).
