Research and Development Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new technologies and products that drive business growth.

The Research and Development department is a dynamic and innovative team that works on a wide range of projects, from ultraprecision systems to large format gantry systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop multi-axis stages and motion systems using mechanical design principles.
  • Perform engineering analysis and computation to validate design concepts and optimize system performance.
  • Conduct finite element analysis to ensure the mechanical static and dynamic characteristics of our products meet the required standards.
  • Create detailed engineering drawing packages (2D and 3D) for manufacturing purposes.
  • Develop documentation for new products, including assembly drawings, work instructions, and test plans.
  • Assemble and debug prototype stages or motion systems.
  • Design and conduct experiments to address technical risks and gaps in knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the entire product lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a relevant engineering industry.
  • Strong learning ability and willingness to adapt to new technologies.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with CAD tools and software.
  • Understanding of basic mechanical engineering calculations and design principles.
  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis and simulation tools.
  • Ability to design and conduct simple experiments.
  • Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and testing validation.
  • Experience in technical documentation preparation.
