Our Retail Leasing team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to join and contribute to the team. What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, owners, developers and tenants within the Retail environment ensuring client care programs are implemented. Generate business in leasing retail properties on behalf of owners and tenants. Recognise client needs and expectations and respond to these efficiently and professionally. Conduct retail site inspections to assess viability and potential. Continuously source business through networking, organising marketing and preparing pitch proposals. Build a solid track record in your market hitting revenue targets and leading from the front. Preferably with experience connecting with the retail network and authorities, where familiarity with local policies will be an advantage. Any other responsibilities from client instructions and business initiatives. What You'll Need 4-8 years' experience in real estate sales and leasing with in-depth knowledge of the Singapore market. Experience and knowledge of the Retail sector is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in real estate preferred. Candidate must possess a real estate CEA licence. Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills. Excellent client relationship management skills. Superior organisational skills – ability to manage multiple projects and teams. A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team. Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients.
