Position Overview

As an RPA Developer, you'll lead full-cycle automation implementations, ensure architectural quality, mentor junior colleagues, and manage stakeholder expectations. Your role encompasses strategic delivery, governance, and post-deployment excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end RPA projects, from analysis and design to implementation, governance, deployment, and operations.

Design automation solutions with scalability, integration, and maintainability in mind; define coding standards and architecture.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT, and clients to shape automation roadmaps.

Mentor and guide junior consultants in development best practices and knowledge
