We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability before they reach our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Review system requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and insightful feedback.
  • Develop and maintain detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with project management teams.
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using advanced testing tools.
  • Thoroughly identify, record, and document bugs, and track their resolution.
  • Perform rigorous regression testing to ensure that resolved bugs do not reoccur.
  • Monitor the results of debugging processes and maintain relevant quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Stay current with new technologies, testing tools, and strategies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in programming or scripting to enhance test automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
