We are a company focusing on the development of cyber intelligence solutions for Government customers.

We are expanding and on the lookout for highly competent, self-motivated **Software Test Analyst / Customer Success Specialist **with a deep understanding of modern enterprise solutions to join our Singapore team.

a) Review and analyse system specifications.

b) Collaborate with Dev team to develop effective test strategies and test plans.

c) Execute test cases (manual or automated using tools such as Selenium) and analyse results.

d) Create logs to document testing phases and defects.

e) Report bugs and errors to development teams

f) Help troubleshoot issues.

g) Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.

h) Perform testing to verify customer tickets and escalate as issues where applicable

i) Introducing the product to customer in getting their requirements to tailor the product to suit them.

j) Do onboarding and training sessions for the customer and their agents on usage of the system.

k) Evaluates and Analyses Customer Needs and resolve any issues and to ensure the system is working well.

l) Interact with the customers with weekly calls to get feedbacks as well as demo to them fixes or new features.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma in computer science, IT r a related field. Advantage: ISTQB certified
- Entry level position or 1 experience in Software Testing
- Experience in QA methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Experience in API Testing using Postman or similar tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
