Achieve high quality assurance (QA) of all products.
Manage QA system with specifications and procedures.
Feedback on quality and process improvement initiatives.
Manage quality claim and its root cause analysis.
Compile reports of complaints and feedback for reporting.
Assist in ad-hoc coordination pertaining to operations/ warehouse operation.
Undertake additional/ ad hoc tasks & responsibilities as and when required or instructed.
Minimum Requirements
GCE "A" Level or Diploma
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
Fluent in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
Strong communication skill.
Good leadership.
Resourceful and able to work independently.
Possess good time management & strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
5.5 Days Work Week.
