Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and observant individual to join our workforce as a Bike Patrol Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct regular inspections of shared bikes, report any defects or issues, and ensure a smooth cycling experience for users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine patrols in designated areas to inspect bike conditions and ensure proper parking
  • Submit reports on damaged or missing bikes through our system
  • Provide daily updates through our app or forms
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by our operations manager

Key Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with local geography
  • Ability to walk or cycle for extended periods
  • Strong sense of accountability and observational skills
  • Basic smartphone operation skills
  • Preference given to candidates with outdoor or field work experience
