Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and observant individual to join our workforce as a Bike Patrol Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct regular inspections of shared bikes, report any defects or issues, and ensure a smooth cycling experience for users.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct routine patrols in designated areas to inspect bike conditions and ensure proper parking
  2. Submit reports on damaged or missing bikes through our system
  3. Provide daily updates through our app or forms
  4. Perform additional tasks assigned by our operations manager

Key Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with local geography
  2. Ability to walk or cycle for extended periods
  3. Strong sense of accountability and observational skills
  4. Basic smartphone operation skills
  5. Preference given to candidates with outdoor or field work experience
