Liaise and coordinate with consultants, architects, and developers on project and contract matters. Evaluate contract and subcontract works to ensure compliance with project requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate cost and progress reports. Support general contract administration and project documentation activities. Job Requirements Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in quantity estimating or surveying for residential building projects. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
