Summary
As a Consulting Enterprise Solution Architect in the Lenovo Solutions Services Group (SSG) in Hybrid AI, you will drive the conception, design, and implementation of new generative AI products and AI offerings. Your expertise translates business requirements into innovative solution designs that extend, deepen, and elevate the Lenovo AI portfolio, from inception to productization. You will lead from design to delivery, spearheading managed services offerings based on generative AI capabilities and emerging innovations, deploying hybrid large language models (LLMs) and interactive AI on hybrid cloud infrastructure. You will work cross-functionally to architect and deliver solutions that enable customers to integrate generative AI into day-to-day operations seamlessly.
In This Role, You Will
Collaboratively design, develop and implement generative AI solutions across teams in an agile manner, tailored to customer needs and requirements.
Architect services leveraging and integrating frameworks such as NVIDIA Nemo, OpenAI, Avatar/Digital Person, and NLP technologies, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.
Design, develop, and optimize AI workload deployment and delivery across on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, guaranteeing seamless operation and data integrity.
Continuously enhance architectures focusing on scalability, reliability, performance, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Develop robust frameworks, templates, and governance models to accelerate hybrid AI solution and service development and shorten AI product cycles.
Drive automation and orchestration of managed offerings across hybrid infrastructure for high efficiency and resource optimization.
Champion security, compliance, responsible AI, and cloud best practices, fostering a culture of excellence and ethical conduct in all technological endeavors.
Responsibilities
This role is internal and external and includes some customer-facing work.
Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
7+ years of relevant experience in designing AI enterprise solutions or services.
5+ years of experience architecting and delivering SaaS solutions leveraging public cloud and on-premises environments.
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
Proficiency with containers, Kubernetes, serverless technologies, and DevOps across hybrid cloud environments.
Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, NLP concepts, and generative models.
Experience architecting services leveraging frameworks such as NVIDIA Nemo and OpenAI, and NLP technologies.
Exceptional technical leadership and communication skills; strong commitment to continuous learning.
Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate or NVIDIA Certified AI Developer).
Preferred Skills
Advanced knowledge of AI/ML frameworks beyond basics (e.g., Keras, scikit-learn).
Market experience in financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, consumer products, high-tech, media, automotive, etc.
Experience across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in hybrid cloud setups.
Understanding of security, data privacy laws, and compliance in cloud/AI environments; certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus.
Ability to articulate technical issues and recommendations to customers, development teams, and leadership.
Customer-facing IaaS/PaaS experience preferred.
TOGAF 9 Certified or TOGAF Business Architecture preferred.
