Overview We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Solution Advisor who can support management in planning, evaluating, and implementing effective business strategies. The ideal candidate is strong in sales planning, able to identify gaps, provide solutions to improve cashflow, and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners. Japanese-speaking ability is a plus. Key Responsibilities Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and operational data to propose actionable recommendations. Develop sales plans and strategies to support monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. Work closely with corporate sales, studio operations, and finance to strengthen cashflow and improve cost efficiency. Identify business issues and provide clear, practical solutions. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and improvement proposals for management. Assist in planning new products, campaigns, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with Japan HQ when required. Support cross-country projects between Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Japan. Provide guidance to teams on implementing business improvements. Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in sales planning, business analysis, or commercial strategy. Good communication skills in English. Japanese proficiency is an advantage. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. Detail-oriented, structured, and able to meet deadlines.
