Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Early Childhood Education to lead our team in providing high-quality education and care for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive educational program that aligns with the needs of our children and their families.
  • Lead a team of early childhood teachers in planning, delivering, and assessing curriculum to ensure excellent outcomes.
  • Maintain and improve the preschool's overall management, including setting standards, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents through effective communication, regular updates, and timely responses to concerns.
  • Ensure the preschool operates within licensing and regulatory frameworks, managing all government-related matters, including ECDA renewals and maintenance.
  • Review and refine current policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the preschool's standards and prepare for future growth.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring they meet licensing and regulatory standards, while fostering a collaborative learning environment among teachers.
  • Mentor teachers to develop their skills and competencies, promoting best practices in teaching and evaluation.
  • Implement specific center programs, initiatives, and events to enrich the children's experiences.
  • Handle administrative tasks, enrollment, and manage center resources efficiently.
  • Determine and comply with local health and safety regulations, as well as licensing requirements.
  • Manage budgets and control expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
