Early Childhood Education Director

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Education Director to oversee the daily operations of our preschool center in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, mentoring teachers, and promoting a collaborative approach to learning and evaluation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Mentor teachers to enhance performance standards and competencies.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education - Leadership from an accredited institution.
- Certifications: EDCA (L2) certification or relevant qualifications.
- Experience: Several years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, proficiency in English.
