Role Summary
As a Software Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain products to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities. You will also build and optimize systems supporting our security infrastructure and cybersecurity capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain pentesting products and platforms supporting cybersecurity operations.
Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions for pentesting.
Develop scripts and tools for deploying and managing pentesting environments.
Research and develop security testing frameworks and techniques for realistic attack simulations.
Collaborate with security teams to identify threats and vulnerabilities for pentesting.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for rapid product deployment.
Stay updated on industry trends in Cybersecurity and DevOps, integrating new technologies as appropriate.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in at least one programming language: C/C++, C#, Java, or Python.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
Nice to haves
Knowledge of security protocols like SSL/TLS, and network security.
Understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
Knowledge of database concepts and query optimization.
Experience with Agile development and version control systems like Git.
Note: As CSIT is under the Ministry of Defence (Singapore), only Singapore Citizens are eligible.
