To enhance the productivity and output quality of Click2View's video and animation teams by managing routine post‐production tasks efficiently, maintaining project organisation, and ensuring that senior creatives can focus on high‐value storytelling and leadership work. Outcome Success 1. Smooth Post‐Production Workflow Assets, footage, and project files are properly named, tagged, and stored according to C2V's file management system. Senior editors report at least a 20–30% time saving per project due to delegated tasks. 2. Efficient Prep and Assembly Rough cuts and assembly edits are delivered ahead of schedule with clean timelines. Editor/producer feedback loops are fast and friction‐free (≤ 2 rounds for base edits). 3. Cross‐Team Support Provides daily editing, motion or graphics support across at least 2–3 concurrent projects. Positive feedback from editors, designers, and animators for reliability and responsiveness. 4. Continuous Learning & Growth Learns and applies at least one new editing/motion technique per quarter. Progresses toward handling small projects independently by end of year one. 5. Quality & Consistency Maintains brand guidelines, LUTs, templates, and animation presets consistently. Zero rework due to avoidable technical or organisational errors. Competency 1. Technical Proficiency Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Comfortable managing media, timelines, proxies, exports, captions, and simple motion templates. 2. Attention to Detail Spots continuity errors, sync issues, and inconsistencies before senior review. Maintains tidy project structures. 3. Proactivity Anticipates editors' needs (e.g., pre‐cut selects, gather b‐roll, prep LUTs) before being asked. 4. Collaboration & Communication Keeps editors and producers updated; clarifies creative direction; responds fast and clearly. 5. Time Management Juggles multiple project tasks, prioritising based on deadlines and team dependencies. 6. Candidate Profile Experience 0–2 years in video post‐production (internship, freelance, or agency). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder). Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual design. Mindset Hungry to learn, humble enough to take direction, and highly organised. Energised by supporting a creative team and making them look great. Excited about a long‐term career path toward video editor, motion designer, or producer. 12‐Month Milestones Q1 – Master Click2View's file and delivery systems; reliably assist on small edits. Q2 – Independently assemble social edits, reels, and lower‐tier internal projects. Q3 – Begin light motion graphics work; support senior animators with assets.
