What you'll be doing : Lead product development : Act as Product Owner to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of competitive educational resources. Develop high-quality content : Collaborate with authors to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with syllabus requirements. Edit for clarity and relevance : Content edit and copy edit manuscripts and proofs to ensure logical flow and learner accessibility. Manage production : Coordinate all stages of book creation—from manuscript to print and digital formats—working with authors, designers, illustrators, and freelancers. Track timelines : Monitor schedules and update production plans to meet key milestones. Support visual learning : Prepare artwork briefs, source photos, and secure copyright permissions to enhance content delivery. Proofread with precision : Review content at every stage to ensure consistency and quality. Manage budgets : Ensure visual and artwork expenses stay within allocated budgets. Support product pitching : Provide subject matter expertise to help Sales teams communicate product value. Contribute flexibly : Take on additional duties as assigned and support continuous improvement Who we are looking for: Strong command of English and a background in Science (Biology or Physics)—GCE A Levels or university degree preferred. A resourceful, independent mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work with diverse personalities and manage feedback constructively. Awareness of educational trends and learner needs—especially within the Singapore education system.
