Programme Design & Implementation Plan, organise and run student engagement programmes (e.g., Reintegration Programme, Catalyst Programme, After‐School Engagement). Manage after‐school centre activities to ensure they are meaningful and engaging. Develop holiday programmes to sustain student involvement during school breaks. Student Supervision & Support Supervise students during activities, ensuring safety and positive behaviour. Guide students in building positive peer relationships and social‐emotional skills. Track participation and follow up with school personnel on non‐attendance. Mentoring & Guidance Mentor identified students on goal‐setting, academic support, and SEL competencies. Work with teachers to equip students with essential skills and values. Resource Management & Preparation Prepare resources and materials for engagement activities. Maintain the after‐school engagement room with student involvement. Monitoring & Reporting Conduct termly evaluations and gather student feedback. Provide reports on participation and programme impact. Ensure students adhere to the school's code of conduct. Collaboration with School Personnel Work with school staff to support students requiring additional help, including linking them to community resources. Assist with school‐wide initiatives supporting holistic student development. Review & Improvement Review the engagement programme annually and recommend improvements. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Youth Work, or a related field 2 years of experience working with youths.
