What You'll Do

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Identify and reach out to new business opportunities
  • Meet with corporate clients and understand their event needs
  • Prepare and pitch creative event proposals
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships

Event Planning & On-site Operations

  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to coordinate event logistics
  • Track budgets, timelines, contracts, and deliverables
  • Support live events on-site (some evening/weekend work may be required)
  • Ensure everything runs smoothly and professionally, from start to finish

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in events, MICE, hospitality or sales (fresh grads welcome)
  • Confident communicator – fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours when needed
  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
  • Location: Toh Guan Rd East (10-min walk from Jurong East MRT via bus)
  • Entry-Level: Yes
  • Languages: English & Mandarin required for Chinese speaking clients
  • Salary: Based on experience + bonus incentives
