Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for retail staff.
Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service of retail staff.
Create training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs and gaps.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with external training providers and vendors as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training.
Provide coaching and mentoring to retail staff to maximize their performance and productivity.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.
Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new retail staff.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using training software and tools.
Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
