About Us
Arch Angel Brow is a leading beauty salon brand with four locations across Singapore. Known for our expertise in eyebrow shaping, semi-permanent makeup, and other premium beauty services, we have been serving our clients for over a decade. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand presence, and drive customer growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and repeat visits.
Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across social media, digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and offline channels.
Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging across all platforms.
Work closely with the operations team to plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, preparing monthly reports and recommendations for improvement.
Manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and media partners to maximise exposure.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, from creative assets to in-store displays.
Stay up to date with beauty industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in beauty, retail, or lifestyle industries. (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios will also be considered.)
Malaysian applicants are welcome to apply.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong copywriting skills.
Proven ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution and deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
