About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team for a luxury boutique operation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-end fashion and engage with C-SUITE clientele in a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the brand's luxury image.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Execute sales plans, marketing events, and promotional activities.
- Provide valuable customer insights and feedback to store management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end fashion, luxury retail, or a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for luxury brands.
- Interest in fashion and appreciation for high-quality products.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
