Overview Location: In-person (Singapore)We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from youResponsibilities Develop a strong understanding of our extensive flooring product range, including carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tiles, laminates, rugs, and more. Step into the world of interiors with a renowned brand. Engage with customers during road shows and travel opportunities for international exhibitions. Acquire in-depth product knowledge, including unique selling points, to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Build new client relationships through proactive methods such as cold-calling and door-knocking, while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. Demonstrate emotional intelligence by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Ability to interpret contract legalese and assess its implications for both the company and the customer. Communicate confidently, concisely, and clearly, ensuring customer concerns are addressed effectively and sales opportunities are successfully closed. Qualifications Education : Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Language : Proficiency in English is mandatory. Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related role. Skills : Demonstrated ability to present product lines effectively to key partners such as Architects, Builders, and Interior Designers. Strong command of MS Office and internet-based reporting. Resourceful, patient, with excellent clarity in communication. Experience managing multiple products and locations is a plus. Attributes : Performance-oriented with a target-driven mindset. Self-motivated and a proven achiever. Additional Requirements : Must possess a Class 3 driving license. Opportunities Full-time and contract positions available (Contract length: 24 months).
