Job Title:The position is based in Singapore. The Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager will ensure that the Visual Merchandising styles and standards are of high quality and reflect company and local directives. Day by day, he/she plans, organizes, and implements Visual Merchandising activities within Singapore. He/She may set up acquisition of materials and works with the field to guide the rollout of the visual program.
The Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager will be working closely with our retail, merchandising, and regional VM team of FENDI.
Job Responsibilities
Provide and support the stores in VM presentation.
Collaborate and support the realization of general VM training, VM and windows product guidelines, VM display strategy, new openings, and in-store/product events.
Collaborate with merchandising team and the retail team to ensure that store changes are in line with our business needs.
Report and provide regular feedback to Managing Director, Retail Director, Merchandising Director, and VM Manager after each rotation.
Co-ordinate seasonal schemes and promotional activities.
Ensure that the local visual merchandising standards are in line with the global VM guidelines.
Co-ordinate with suppliers and business partners to ensure a perfect rollout of window installation or any new campaign images.
Co-ordinate product rotation according to window guidelines.
Manage the re-ordering of props and follow closely on budget.
Supervise stores and franchise stores to ensure that Fendi’s VM standards are maintained.
Support the new collections presentation in stores.
Collaborate on the opening of new stores (if any).
Coach client advisors and VM ambassadors on VM displays.
Profile:Job Requirements
Minimum 3 - 5 years of related experience in visual merchandising.
Related Diploma in Art or Visual Communication.
Flair for creativity.
Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Independent and self-disciplined.
Outgoing, dependable, and proactive team player.
Good organizing and follow-up skills.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
