Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional software technical support services.

This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting common issues, escalating urgent or critical matters to our programming team, handling customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp chat groups, and emails, and maintaining accurate ticket updates.

As a key member of our Technical Support team, you will also contribute to the development of knowledge banks, create user manuals for customers, and serve as a liaison between our engineering and product development teams.

Additionally, this role requires continuous learning and professional growth, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and completing tasks efficiently to meet expected turnaround times.

  • Provide high-quality software technical support services;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common issues;
