Call Centre Officer Salary: $2,000 to $2,400 + OT Working days: 5.25 days Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5.30pm /Sat (Alt): 8am - 12pm Location: Ubi Responsibilities: Handle phone calls from customers Schedule appointments for customers for servicing or repair Assist service advisors with call centre matters. Make proactive calls to customers to remind them of upcoming service and propose scheduled appointments. Respond to incoming emails regarding customer service appointments.
