The Singapore GNB Head is a senior management level position responsible for delivering Citi's unique global network to the subsidiaries and regional treasury centers of our Banking clients operating in Singapore. This position will drive revenue growth for the Singapore franchise by ensuring strong focus on origination, driving wins across all products across Citi franchise and delivery of excellent client experience. This role is a key member of Citi Singapore senior management team, reporting directly to Citi Singapore Corporate Banking Head

Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor a client driven franchise growth plan which is delivered through people and franchise management Understand regional and emerging market trends to identify growth opportunities, anticipate obstacles and communicate a forward-looking vision that is responsive to changes in the environment Responsible for overall subsidiary and regional relationship management and providing a wide range of treasury and corporate finance solutions, including cash management, trade, FX, financing and commodities Drive client planning, product agnostic cross selling, client access, and effective capital allocation Translate Citi's strategy into an effective and efficient GNB business plan and drive a strong balance between near-term and long-term priorities Drive C suite client interactions and content creation for strategic dialogue Ensure alignment of core strategy against the segment with Banking, Markets, Services, Global Wealth Management, as well as Institutional Client Management ("ICM") and Risk partners to drive growth and client delivery Responsible for meeting revenue goals and other goals related to budget, risk management, and credit allocation in partnership with Parent
