Key Responsibilities
  • Lead with Purpose: Drive patient-centric initiatives across clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring that our strategic plans are effectively implemented.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with clinical leads to enhance care provision and coordinate efforts that align with our corporate strategy.
  • Manage with Excellence: Oversee the clinical operations teams supporting various clinical specialties, such that they are aligned with TTSH’s strategic directions.
  • Develop and Propose: Formulate business proposals for sustainable, value-based care models while managing key performance indicators.
  • Grow and Inspire: Be a mentor and guide to your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • A degree in any discipline with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Experience in healthcare finance, hospital operations, or project management is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
