Business Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our renowned banking clients to support both product development and commercialization initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, customer journey mapping, data analysis, and experience in digital banking products and go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities This role combines both product development and product commercialization responsibilities. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver product enhancements. Collaborate with Customer Experience and Business Units to conduct focus groups and map customer journeys. Strong ability to articulate, present, and effectively promote newly launched product features. Capture and analyze customer feedback to align product design with business objectives. Ensure issue management and proper traceability of all requirements throughout the lifecycle. Drive product commercialization by presenting new features and planning post-delivery strategies. Engage internal and external stakeholders through communications, training, and usage tracking. Develop strategies to drive product adoption and respond effectively to business or operational issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in financial services or consulting, with strong problem-solving and process management skills. Proven experience in planning and managing programs/projects with multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and competing priorities. Proficient in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and skilled in creating clear, data-driven presentations. Experienced in JIRA, including writing and refining user stories; banking industry background is an advantage. Hands-on experience with UAT, product commercialization, and digital banking or corporate internet banking platforms. Knowledge of Cash and Trade Finance products (e.g., Bankers Guarantee, SBLC, Documentary Trade) is a plus.
