Overview Higher Technical Executive (Mechanical)Responsibilities Design mechanical installation systems utilizing ArchiCAD, Revit and AutoCAD software under the Engineer's supervision. Develop Building Information Modelling (BIM) drawings that comply with industry standards, client requirements and project execution plans. Coordinate mechanical systems integration with other building services within multi-disciplinary teams, perform clash detection, and ensure model accuracy. Generate quantity take-offs and schedules from BIM models while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and project specifications. Maintain office filing systems and handle BIM documentation according to local regulatory submissions. Undertake other project-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications Background in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry. Certificate from BCA BIM Modelling course or equivalent. Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Revit and AutoCAD. Thorough understanding of BCA BIM guidelines, authority submissions, local mechanical systems code requirements. Experience in mechanical systems design (e.g., plumbing and sanitary, ACMV, fire protection systems) and drawing preparation. Good multitasking and time management skills; ability to take ownership and responsibility for own work.
