Job Title: Project Manager for Infrastructure Development
We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to oversee the planning and coordination of infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning and coordinate all work on site.
- Study drawings, plans, specifications, and scope of work.
- Responsible for submitting material samples and shop drawings.
- Monitor construction work progress, materials, plant, and equipment.
- Conduct site visits, attend site tests, and inspections.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E construction industry preferred.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- IT skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
