Overview We are recruiting for a real estate/hospitality company with a large township project in Southeast Asia. This is a leadership and strategic role focused on destination curation and inbound travel business development, to market a premier integrated resort destination for regional and international guests. You will design and deliver memorable guest experiences while leveraging networks in Singapore and the region to attract diverse visitor segments, including corporates, schools, travel groups, and social communities. This role shapes the flagship project into a vibrant hub of leisure, culture, recreation, and education—integrating accommodation, retail offerings, and future attractions. Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of sports, recreation, cultural, and adventure programs and identify suitable partners. Develop tailored itineraries and immersive activities for schools, corporates, and social groups. Collaborate with Hotel General Managers to curate and manage external guest experiences that showcase the precinct and local culture. Coordinate with hotel and villa management teams to ensure seamless integration of experiences. Manage P&L responsibilities for schools, corporate groups, and other segments to drive sustainable growth. Build and strengthen partnerships with travel agents, schools, corporates, and institutions in Singapore and beyond to drive inbound traffic. Develop strategic alliances with event organizers, teambuilding companies, and education providers. Craft marketing and sales strategies to promote the township project as a multi-segment attraction. Act as key liaison between regional market stakeholders and the country’s operations to align guest acquisition with on-ground delivery. Qualifications About 15 years of proven leadership experience in marketing, hospitality, travel, tourism, or destination management with a strong network in Singapore and the region (travel agents, schools, corporates, social organizations). Experience in placemaking with creativity to design immersive leisure, recreation, cultural, and educational experiences. Strong business acumen with P&L management experience and exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
