We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Clinic Coordinator
to support daily operations at our healthcare clinic. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
:
Process and dispatch daily sales, invoices, HR documents, and Medisave claims to the main office.
Scan, upload, and organize Wellness casenotes, Imaging forms, and other reports into shared systems.
Manage postage, mail collection, and distribution, including preparing and posting patient reports.
Maintain clinic supplies (e.g., pantry items, postage stamps, registration forms) and coordinate restocking.
Monitor and maintain clinic equipment, such as water dispensers and lighting fixtures.
Perform periodic tasks, including staff incentive tabulation, meter readings, and cash banking.
Assist with onboarding new staff, including fingerprint registration.
Requirements
:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in document management and basic IT systems.
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Prior experience in administrative or healthcare settings is a plus.
