Position :Senior Service Engineer/Assistant Manager -RADAR/NAVIGATION/COMMUNICATION Location : Bulim Dr- Few bus stops from Boon Lay Interchange Working hours : 5 days/ (Monday- Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm) Salary(commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $8000 + AWS + Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave + Wellness benefit : Extra 2 days Annual Leave & $200 incentives if eligible. Duration : Permanent Industry : Marine Navigation system -MNC Main Responsibilities Provide remote and onsite technical support for marine navigation and communication systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues involving ECDIS, RADAR, AIS, GPS, VDR, autopilot, gyro compass, and integrated bridge systems. Assist in equipment installation, configuration, software updates, and calibrations of company and OEM systems. Collaborate with factory and OEMs to elevate and resolve complex issues. Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, fault reports, and repair logs. Provide training to company's partner, reseller and customer on company system. Setting up and maintaining training equipment, ensuring the equipment is operational, ready and up-to-date for training course. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marine Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. More than 3 years of experience in technical support or field service roles within the maritime industry. Senior or Assistant Managerial roles can be considered with experience more than 10 years in technical support, training and team leadership.
