We are seeking an organized professional to manage infrastructure projects in our dynamic tech environment.

The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in project delivery and a passion for coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve timely results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion using project management frameworks.
  • Track milestones, manage scope changes, and ensure timely delivery with cross-functional teams.
  • Document risks/issues and escalate for resolution.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Prepare documentation for handover and facilitate transition to maintenance teams.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in ICT or related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in IT infrastructure or project coordination.
  • Exposure to environments like Data Centre Ops, Network, Storage, Server, Middleware, Cloud, or Cybersecurity.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with customers and cross-team members.
