Role Description
Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.
Organise and maintain office records, files, and documents.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for office-related matters.
Monitor and track office expenses, including generating and processing invoices.
Provide administrative support to teams and departments as needed.
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining staff records.
Ensure compliance with office policies, health, and safety regulations.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities and equipment.
Assist in organising company events or staff activities.
Respond to inquiries and provide general support to visitors and staff.
Qualifications
Full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
At least 21 years old (regulatory requirement).
Open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
