The Junior Change Manager with Video Production Proficiency role is a specialized position that supports the successful implementation of change within an organization, with a strong emphasis on leveraging video content for communication and training purposes. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure smooth transitions during periods of change, while also creating engaging and informative video content to support these transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Change Facilitation: Assist in leading and facilitating change initiatives from initiation through to post-implementation review.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and engage them effectively throughout the change process, managing their expectations and addressing concerns.
Video Content Creation: Leverage proficiency in video production, editing, and related software to develop high-quality, engaging video content. This content will communicate changes, provide training, and support employee understanding and adoption of new processes or technologies.
Communication: Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the progress and impact of change initiatives, utilizing the created videos where appropriate.
Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and utilize video content to equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt to changes.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting solutions.
Reporting: Prepare reports on change initiatives, including progress, successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of change initiatives and video content.
