For more information, visit Job Description Designation: Strategist, Systems, Knowledge & Impact Focusing on Climate, Planet and Global Health Population Health, Education, Livelihoods and Inclusive Development Governance in Communities and “Bridges of Understanding” between and among Peoples Reporting to: Chief Systems & Integration Officer Temasek Trust (TT), together with its wider ecosystem entities, supports a diverse range of programmes. To accomplish its charter, TT set up a Systems, Knowledge and Impact (SKI) Team to frame, push and update thinking and provide support in the overall impact strategy of TT with the co-leadership and involvement of its entities. The SKI Team has the following roles: Horizon Scanning – Undertake horizon scanning, research, studies and future assessment into current and emerging challenges to continually sharpen TT’s Impact Strategy and Meta-frame taking on a systems-thinking approach for collective impact; Impact Management Framework – Build and continually update an impact management framework for the TT Impact Strategy Meta-frame, including impact intent statements, theories of change, assessment and measurement systems with a “library” of indicators, and a system for collating and analysing data and information. Research Insights, Data Analytics and Innovation Identification – Frame and continually update the TT Impact Strategy Meta-frame and undertake data analytics to extract insights, identify trends, patterns and help visualise in dashboards; and identify innovations, so as to inform the overall impact strategy of TT and the programming by entities in the TT family. System Support – Support each TT entity in its respective effort in impact strategy framing and impact management and measurement through consultation and advice. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, especially the TT entities, content partners and co-funders in developing theories of change, impact intent and indicators and measurements Undertake futures-thinking and horizon-scanning research and analyse data and build dashboards and tools to analyse, report, and present Develop narratives for continuing engagement with stakeholders Work with internal technology team and external vendors to develop and oversee systems capabilities to capture, analyse and report on data and information. Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution 5 to 8 years of relevant experience Relevant skills set in systems-thinking, futures thinking, impact management and assessment methodologies, and familiarity with latest developments Highly motivated, proactive and adaptable individuals Experience in analysis, project management, problem-solving and planning, with strong analytical, quantitative and statistical data skills Effective inter-personal communication (verbal, written) and relationship skills, with experience in negotiation and working concurrently with multiple partners and stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Relevant experience in strategic planning, policy development philanthropy, community and social sector development will be useful Applications will be processed on a rolling basis and accepted until 8 Oct 2025#J-18808-Ljbffr
