Location: Singapore / Malaysia (Hybrid Work)Company: Sigenic Pte Ltd As Sigenic expands our presence into global market, we are seeking a Finance & Administrative Executive with strong analytical ability, experience working with diverse cultural and multilingual teams, and exceptional communication skills. This role bridges our financial operations and administrative functions, supporting both HQ and international business units. Key Responsibilities Assist in bookkeeping, reconciliation, and budget tracking across multi-country entities. Assist accountant to prepare management reports, cost analysis, and forecasts for cross-border operations. Manage office administration, procurement, and HR coordination tasks. Collaborate closely with management and auditors for financial reviews and filings. Perform any other finance or administrative duties as assigned by senior management to support business operations. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration , or related discipline. Have experience in international environments. Preferbly English and Chinese speaking Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
