Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations.

  • Manage day-to-day operational issues, ensuring minimal impact on our outlets' operations.
  • Oversee the execution of operational processes in a timely and cost-effective manner, aligning with our SOP.
  • Control, review, and manage operational costs to optimize performance.
  • Liaise with contractors, landlords, and relevant authorities to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Coordinate M&E or Fit-out projects for existing and new outlets, driving business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operating of the POS machine.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and attend to emergencies after work hours.
