Big-Data Analysis Engineer

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned information and communication technology company, we are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team as Big-Data Analysis Engineer
Job Descriptions:

• Complete in-depth special data analysis and insight based on business requirements, establish service growth models, data dashboards, analysis models, and indicator systems based on scenarios, and check and attribute abnormal data changes.
• Disassemble and define complex problems, and propose effective strategies or solutions based on data mining and statistical modeling. Analyzes and models massive user behavior data, such as feature processing, labeling, modeling, effect evaluation, and model optimization.
• Based on the in-depth understanding of user groups, media advertising slots, advertisers, platforms, and ecosystems, define scientific index systems and exploratory data analysis to accurately reflect the current business situation and quickly identify potential improvement opportunities in each business and technical direction.
• Work closely with collaborative teams to design and implement scientific and reasonable AB experiments or observational research, guide scientific decision-making and iterative closed-loop, and promote the implementation and continuous optimization of data analysis conclusions.
• Be responsible for big data governance, data access, data asset, and data quality maintenance, and maintenance of bottom-layer platforms and upper-layer data applications. Be able to handle routine maintenance, fault locating, and troubleshooting of various big data-related systems and data products. Ensure the normal and stable running of the system and services.

Job Requirements:
Master's degree or above in computer/statistics/mathematics/operations research (doctoral degree is preferred), more than 3 years of relevant experience in user growth/user product analysis/business analysis is preferred.
Have theoretical knowledge foundation and practical experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining, including probability statistics, data mining, and machine learning algorithms (classification, clustering, and time sequence).
Have a basic command of Linux and network basics. Have a good command of the distributed parallel computing framework, including Hadoop, Hive, Spark, streaming computing, and real-time computing technologies.
Have a good command of basic SQL syntax and be familiar with database programming languages such as HiveSql, SparkSql, Oracle, MySQL, and postgresql. Rich experience in data analysis, mining, cleaning and modeling;
Excellent ability to write business analysis reports, and keen to find and analyze hidden problems in a timely manner. Good at communication, willing to cooperate, keen on new technologies, good at summing up and sharing, like hands-on practice.
