Multiple Openings | Luxury & Prestige Beauty Brands Turn your passion for beauty into a rewarding retail career We are hiring Luxury Beauty Retail Assistants / Beauty Advisors to join established luxury fragrance, skincare, cosmetics and beauty brands across Singapore. Salary Package
Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,700/month , depending on experience Attractive incentives / commission applicable 4-8 off days per month , depending on brand and roster Various locations across Singapore, including Orchard and Marina Bay Sands KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver warm and professional customer service Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, fragrance or skincare products Provide product information and create a personalised shopping experience Build and maintain strong customer relationships Support individual and store sales targets Maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards Assist with cashiering, stock replenishment and daily retail operations Keep up to date with product knowledge, launches and beauty trends WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Passionate about beauty, fragrance, skincare or luxury retail Retail, beauty or customer service experience is an advantage Prestige or luxury beauty experience is advantageous for selected openings Well-groomed, confident and customer-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven with a positive attitude Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends and Public Holidays Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team ATTRACTIVE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
Annual Leave: 14 days for 0-2 years of service, increasing progressively up to 21 days Flexi Benefit: $370 per year Complimentary Goods: Up to approximately $1,400 equivalent value per year Medical Benefits: Outpatient medical coverage under company benefits Career exposure across established luxury and prestige beauty brands Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
