We are hiring Luxury Beauty Retail Assistants / Beauty Advisors to join established luxury fragrance, skincare, cosmetics and beauty brands across Singapore.
Salary Package
Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,700/month , depending on experience
Attractive incentives / commission applicable
4-8 off days per month , depending on brand and roster
Various locations across Singapore, including Orchard and Marina Bay Sands
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver warm and professional customer service
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, fragrance or skincare products
- Provide product information and create a personalised shopping experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support individual and store sales targets
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
- Assist with cashiering, stock replenishment and daily retail operations
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, launches and beauty trends
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Passionate about beauty, fragrance, skincare or luxury retail
- Retail, beauty or customer service experience is an advantage
- Prestige or luxury beauty experience is advantageous for selected openings
- Well-groomed, confident and customer-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
ATTRACTIVE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
- Annual Leave: 14 days for 0-2 years of service, increasing progressively up to 21 days
