Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marine Technician/Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of main and auxiliary engines, pumps, and compressors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine engineering, with experience in preventive maintenance and overhauls. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Service, inspect, and repair main and auxiliary engines, pumps, and compressors.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and overhauls.
  • Diagnose faults and provide solutions.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain records.
  • Advise clients and crew on technical issues.
  • Travel to ships/ports for onsite service as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A diploma or degree in Marine Engineering.
  • Experience in marine engine maintenance and repair.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
