Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Human Resource Generalist , supporting various HR functions and administrative tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the full range of HR duties, including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, adhering to relevant regulations.
  • Support work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and collaborate with government agencies.
  • Administer leave, attendance, and overtime records.
  • Contribute to payroll preparation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and admin roles within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and HR practices aligned with TAFEP guidelines.
  • Familiarity with work pass administration and construction workforce management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
